نسیم توسعه  به نقل از اسپوتنیک:  رئیس ستاد مشترک ارتش انگلیس، ایران، روسیه و چین را موجب به چالش کشیدن اروپا می داند.

 به نقل از مطلب منتشر شده در مقاله ای روزنامه تلگراف، ژنرال نیک کارتر ، رئیس ستاد مشترک نیروهای مسلح انگلیس اظهار داشت: ” بی پروا بودن ، روسیه می تواند به طور تصادفی، جنگ جهانی سوم را آغاز کند”. 

این مقام عالی رتبه نظامی مقاله ای را با این عنوان در تلگراف منتشر کرد و مسکو، پکن و تهران را به تلاش بر برهم زدن امنیت، ثبات و رفاه در کشورهای غربی متهم کرد. 

 این اولین حمله وزارت دفاع انگلیس علیه فدراسیون روسیه نیست. به گفته تحلیلگران، چنین اظهاراتی به توجیه افزایش هزینه های دفاعی و همچنین منحرف کردن جمعیت انگلیس از مشکلات داخلی کمک می کند.

ژنرال سر نیک کارتر از قدرت گرفتن ایران، روسیه و چین ابراز نگرانی کرده و مدعی شده است که تاکتیک‌های مورد استفاده این سه کشور می‌تواند «تصادفاً» به وقوع جنگ سوم جهانی منجر شود.

اقدامات تهران، مسکو و پکن «به سادگی می‌تواند به سوءمحاسبه‌ای ناخواسته» و بروز درگیری‌های بزرگ بیانجامد.

این ژنرال انگلیسی در ادامه نوشت است: «رقبای ما، به اساتید سوء استفاده از فضاهای میان صلح و جنگ تبدیل شده‌اند”.
