در بخشنامه استانداری تهران به کلیه دستگاه های اجرایی، دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزشی و پژوهشی و کلیه نهادهای عمومی غیردولتی و شهرداری های استان آمده است: ” براساس مصوبه هیئت وزیران موضوع مجوز تنظیم ساعت کار دستگاه های دولتی، ادارات، بانکها، شهرداری ها و سایر موسسات عمومی غیر دولتی با عنایت به تداوم شرایط خاص جوی و با توجه به ضرورت صرفه جویی و مدیریت مصرف برق بدینوسیله ساعت کار ادارات به استثناء مراکز خدمات رسان تا پایان تیرماه سال جاری از ساعت ۶ شروع و ساعت ۱۴ پایان می یابد.

ضروری است مسئولان دستگاه های اجرایی، سازمان ها و نهادهای مستقر در استان تهران ضمن نظارت و تلاش جدی در خصوص کاهش مصرف انرژی دستگاه مربوطه، سیستم های سرمایش خود را در دمای ۲۵ درجه سانتیگراد تنظیم و حداکثر تا ساعت ۱۳.۳۰ خاموش نمایند.

ضمنا حسن انجام امور بر عهده بالاترین مقام دستگاه و از طریق مبادی ذیربط کنترل و نظارت خواهد شد.
