نسیم توسعه به نقل از نیک نفت:  دبیر شورای عالی امنیت ملی از خنثی شدن طرح برنامه‌ریزی‌شده دشمن برای حمله به تأسیسات عسلویه خبر داد.

علی شمخانی، دبیر شورای عالی امنیت ملی درباره حمله برخی از اغتشاشگران به تأسیسات عسلویه، گفت: «حمله به عسلویه توسط دشمن برنامه‌ریزی شده بود».

وی اضافه کرد: «به نظر می‌آید دشمن به دنبال این بود تا کاری را که انصار‌الله یمن در حمله به تأسیسات سعودی کرد، در اینجا تلافی کند که نتوانست موفق شود».

علی ربیعی سخنگوی دولت در حاشیه جلسه هیئت دولت از تلاش برای انفجار تأسیسات خط لوله نفتی عسلویه و برنامه‌ریزی برای حمله به مراکز حساس مخابراتی در شیراز و برخی از مراکز نظامی خبر داده بود.
