آغاز پرداخت غرامت بیمه بین المللی به خانواده شهدای سانچی

نسیم توسعه به نقل از نیک نفت:  شرکت ملی نفتکش ایران اقدامات مربوط به پرداخت غرامت بیمه P&I به خانواده معظم شهدای سانچی را آغاز کرد.

به نقل از شرکت ملی نفتکش، این شرکت اقدامات مربوط به پرداخت غرامت بیمه P&I به خانواده معظم شهدای سانچی را آغاز کرد. اگر چه این غرامت باید توسط کلوپ بیمه ای P&I طرف قرارداد، به خانواده شهدای سانچی پرداخت ‎شود اما از آنجا که این شرکت بیمه‎ای به خاطر مشکلات ناشی از تحریم تاکنون موفق به پرداخت مبالغ مربوطه نشده است، از این رو با تصویب هیات مدیره شرکت ملی نفتکش ایران و به منظور تسریع در این مهم، پرداخت غرامت به خانواده شهدای سانچی از منابع این شرکت در دستور کار قرار گرفت.

در راستای اجرایی شدن این مصوبه هیات مدیره شرکت ملی نفتکش ایران، از روز یکشنبه (۱۱ شهریورماه) دریافت مدارک شناسایی از خانواده ها و انجام مراحل اداری مربوطه آغاز شد و خانواده‎های مذکور طی چند روز آینده سهم غرامت بیمه P&I را مستقیما از این شرکت و طبق قرارداد پیمان جمعی فی‎مابین این شرکت و انجمن صنفی کارگری دریانوردان تجاری ایران دریافت خواهند کرد.

مبلغ غرامت براساس واحد پولی مورد پذیرش در قرارداد پیمان جمعی که دلار آمریکا است پرداخت خواهد شد و کلیه پرسنل کشتی، فارغ از سمت و سابقه شغلی و ملیت، مبلغ خسارت را به طور کامل دریافت خواهند کرد.

لازم به ذکر است طبق نص قوانین داخلی و قوانین مربوط به پرداخت خسارت بیمه های بین المللی، پرداخت غرامت به آن دسته از خانواده شهدای سانچی که انحصار وراثت را انجام نداده اند تا زمان انجام امور قانونی مربوطه، امکان‎پذیر نیست.
